Challenge 2..

It has been a beautiful day here today. The sun is shining so we have been spending the day in the garden. The others are on the second tip run of the day, so thought I would pop on with an update.

Was up early this morning, so started on my 2nd I dare you challenge. This one is for Sian, create a house and mine had to have metal on it and moving parts. Well......it originally had two moving parts, was trying to be clever and had a changing picture in the window, but it broke. The air was a bit blue!lol

So now it only has one. Not sure I am happy with it. May start again from scratch yet.

Have just discovered Distress crackle paint by Tim Hotlz. It is brilliant, you just paint it on and as it dries, it cracks! So have used this to paint my house and then rubbed over it with some metallic acrylics. Used an old watch glass and put a stamped owl eye behind it. Other metal is the angel wings and the key charm.


Oh well, better go, they are due back any minute and I want it to look like I have been busy and not sitting on here typing!!!
