Preparation ...

Hey y'all :)

So I have committed to a fair in June - 1st and maybe only one this year. So I have been busy putting some of my ideas into practise - inbetween constantly moving today as I have managed to hurt my back!

There is a steampunk shadow tray, made using a clock case.  Also I have been experimenting with leather and made some medals and belt hangers, using some genuine vintage shoulder pips.

On a roll!

So it would seem I may have been given some of my creative mojo back.  Here is a lace choker and a little scene done in an old miniature travel clock case.

Steampunk brooches

After a really long creative dry spell ... today I finally managed to make something that I am happy with.  A few steampunk brooches and a couple of necklaces to go on my stall in June.

A little set-back ...

I am back! A teeny weeny little setback in my resolution to keep my blog up to date .. I forgot my log in details!

I changed them all a while back ... and completely forgot them!

But here I am again .. sooooo ...

The Eastbourne Steampunk Festival was a total blast - I almost sold out of stock! Well chuffed :) here is a little pic of me on my stall - it was a tad windy down there on the seafront!

Since then I have been beavering away (ok .. I confess..I took a looong break!) but, this week I have been beavering away making new stock ready for A Trip Back in Time on 6th December. :)

Here are some new creations that I have ready.

up-cycle :)

This week I have been up-cycling vintage lace collars into steampunk cuffs/bracelets. :)

Only 1 week to go until the Steampunk festival at Eastbourne. Do pop down if you are local, it will be on the promenade, right on the sea front.

Back to School

Well .. didn't those weeks fly by! Hard to believe it is back to work for me tomorrow and back to school for my 2 on Thursday.  Roll on half term! :0)

Today I have sorted out my stock for the Eastbourne Steampunk Fair, also finishing some cuffs to go with the lace chokers a few weeks ago.

Made using ribbon and lace, some of it vintage and some of it new.

resin jewellery

I have a new found passion for making resin jewellery. I will admit to only being a beginner, there is still so much more to experiment with!

But I have enjoyed making my own design of necklaces and jewellery.

The ones in the top picture will be on my stall at Eastbourne in September, the bottom one is for me to wear :)
