Also does not help that we are painting the kitchen, so all my crafty bits are packed away upstairs - it is torture!
Have managed to rustle up a slide mailer for the art raffle though. A very simple one this time as have had to make do with very limited supplies. Decided to cut the back panel out to let the light through, like a window. Probably would have worked better with a clear glass, but when opened my packet of memory glass - the wrong type was in the wrong box! should have been plain but was frosted - have no idea where I bought them from though so am stuck with them!

It's lovely Dee and what a gorgeous colour. I wish I could rustle these slide mailers up as easy as you - I always really struggle with them!
Great slide mailer Dee - and you have reminded me that I had a message on my blog about the art raffle moving so will have to trawl back and find it, will try and join in next time now. The holidays are a trial aren't they - I wasted the whole day today when I could have been in my craft room waiting for kids to make up their mind what was going on - they had both booked mummy's minicab but then failed to get up and do anything at all. Oh well, I still had a nice day pottering about.
Oh, and thanks for the link to mty giveaway!!
Hi Dee,
I'm so glad that you decided to give something that you made, I LOVE your little beer mat book, I love repurposing and especially love chunky books (I have a group called Chunky Book Artists), so I would love to be the winner. Please enter me in the draw, and thanks for stopping by my place at #70 on the Magic Carpet Ride.
Enjoy the ride,
Rob
